I was recently diagnosed with a 1.1-1.2 cm subendometrial fibroid in the upper anterior wall of my uterine cavity. I don't have any symptoms but I'm trying to get pregnant do I need to remove it for fertility? What kind of surgery would be required if it has to be removed? Just wondering if it could affect a normal pregnancy

View allI've taken misoprostol today at 11 amtwo tablets of 200 mg eachbut there's no bleeding yet. Then, I took another two tablets around 7 pm. How long should I expect to wait before the bleeding starts? I'm getting a bit worried and would really appreciate some advice on what's normal in this situation.
After taking misoprostol, bleeding typically starts within 1-4 hours, but it can take up to 24 hours; since you took the second dose at 7 pm, you may experience bleeding within the next 12-24 hours; however, if you haven't bled or experienced severe symptoms like heavy bleeding, severe pain, or fever, consult your gynaecologist

I'm pregnant, and my doctor recommended I take the Sifasi HP 5000 IU injection twice a week. I'm a bit worried and curious about what this injection does during pregnancy and if it's safe to have it this often. Can you help me understand this better?

I'm thinking about the tubectomy operation for my wife and I have a few questions. What's the procedure like and how much does it usually cost? Are there different methods, and if so, which one is considered the best? Also, is it safe and are there any side effects we should be worried about down the line? Would love some advice on this!
