I was recently diagnosed with a 90 mm fibroid in my uterus I'm 31 and unmarried. My doctor recommended an abdominal myomectomy, but I don't have any pain right now. Is it okay to wait on the surgery or should I get it done sooner?

90‚ÄØmm fibroid in unmarried 31-yr-old with no pain should be monitored;if growth continues or symptoms develop, myomectomy is advised;delay is acceptable with follow-up.

View allI'm really worried about the results of my abdominal ultrasound. It says the uterus is bulky and anteverted, with an endometrium that's thickened to 11 mm. I'm not sure what that means for me. Also, while it mentions myometrial echoes are normal, I'm concerned about what that might imply. The report says my right ovary is 22x15 mm and the left is 18x16 mm, with normal echotexture for both, but I'm still anxious about these measurements. There's also a note about no free fluid in the cul-de-sac. Could you help me understand what all this means and if I should be worried?

Hey, I had a C-section back in February. It's been almost 4 months, so I'm wondering when it'll be safe for me to start sleeping on my stomach again. I'm a bit concerned about doing it too soon, any advice?

I'm currently pregnant and was wondering about taking Ondansetron for nausea and vomiting. Is it safe for me and the baby, and are there any potential side effects I should be aware of? Also, would it really help with the vomiting? I'm feeling a bit worried and just looking for some guidance.
Ondansetron (Ondam) is an antiemetic medication that can be used during pregnancy to alleviate nausea and vomiting, typically taken orally, 4-8 mg, 2-3 times a day
