I woke up with a sore throat on one side this morning, and when I checked my tonsils this afternoon, I noticed a clear blister-like bump where it hurts. Should I be worried about this?

There's some swelling in my voice box, and I'm wondering if I should consider getting an endoscopy on my throat. What do you think? Is it necessary, or could it be something that'll just go away on its own?

I'm a bit worried because I've been having some pain and swelling on the right side of my neck where a lymph node is located. I went for an FNAC test, and the report says there's a right submandibular swelling, but the stain for AFB is negative. The findings mentioned something about a necrotizing granulomatous lesion. I'm really anxious about what this means. Could you help me understand this condition a bit better and let me know if it's something I could pass on to others?
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm really interested in getting a nose piercing but I'm not too keen on the gunshot method. I've heard that needle piercing might be an option and I'm wondering if ENT doctors usually handle this. Do they use local anesthesia for it? Also, could you recommend any doctors who might be able to help with this?
