I'm a bit worried because I've been having some pain and swelling on the right side of my neck where a lymph node is located. I went for an FNAC test, and the report says there's a right submandibular swelling, but the stain for AFB is negative. The findings mentioned something about a necrotizing granulomatous lesion. I'm really interested in getting a nose piercing but I'm not too keen on the gunshot method. I've heard that needle piercing might be an option and I'm wondering if ENT doctors usually handle this.
