I'm 18 and I've been thinking about using ashwagandha and gokshura for bodybuilding. Are these safe for someone my age, and could there be any side effects I should be worried about?

I'm dealing with some really bad pain on my left side, kind of where the lower rib muscles are, and I think its from doing this really intense march past practice. Its swollen and the pain is getting pretty unbearable right now. Can you help me figure out whats going on and what I can do to ease this pain?

It sounds like you may have strained the muscles in your lower rib area from intense physical activity, like march past practice. I recommend resting, applying ice to reduce inflammation, and taking over-the-counter pain relief if needed. If the pain persists or worsens, it's important to see a healthcare provider for a proper assessment and treatment.

Start exercising after speaking to a doctor, start slowly and increase. Few types are walking briskly or hiking, climbing stairs, swimming or a water-aerobics class, dancing, riding a bicycle or a stationary bicycle, taking an exercise class, playing basketball, tennis, or other sports
