I'm an 18-year-old girl dealing with dandruff and skin tans, and my dermatologist recommended Dermadew soap. It really improved my skin, which is great, but now I've started getting acne on my face. Can I keep using the same soap? Should I be worried about this acne?

I'm noticing these little purple dots on my chin, almost like a bruise, but I haven't been hit or anything. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? Should I be concerned?

It sounds like you may be experiencing petechiae, which are tiny purple, red, or brown spots on the skin. Petechiae can be caused by various factors such as straining, coughing, or even certain medications. However, it is important to rule out any underlying medical conditions that may be causing this. I recommend you consult with a healthcare professional to determine the exact cause and appropriate treatment.

I've been using Memopi HC for around 6 years, and it's helped improve my complexion quite a bit. But when I stop using it, my whole face turns red. I'm worried and curious to find out if there's anything else I can try, maybe something more natural, to help with my complexion? What could be causing this redness, and how can I manage it?

Kozicare cream is advised.Side-effects include itching and hypersensitivity reactions

I've had this pea-sized lump on my bikini line for almost two years now. It sometimes oozes pus, and while I've had similar ones before, they've never lasted this longusually just a week or so. This one feels hard and sometimes shrinks a lot, but then it puffs back up again. Should I be worried about it, and what could it possibly be?

It sounds like you may have a recurrent abscess in your bikini area. I recommend using an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin and applying it to the affected area twice a day after cleaning it with mild soap and water. You can also take an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen to help with any discomfort. If the lump does not improve or if you develop a fever, please seek medical attention for further evaluation and possible drainage of the abscess.
