I'm 19 and have right-sided cryptorchidism that wasn't treated when I was younger because my parents didn't know about it. Now I'm worried what's the best option for me, medicine or surgery? Should I go for orchiopexy or orchidectomy?

View allI'm a 26-year-old guy, and I'm really concerned about something that's been happening with me. Whenever I think about anything sexual or watch a sexy movie, this clear gel-like liquid comes out of my penis. I'm curious about what exactly this is and how I can stop it. Also, I've noticed that if I get aroused at night or have a sexual dream, I end up ejaculating without realizing it. Could you give me some advice on what's going on?

My penis curves to the left when erect and I'm really worried about it. I'm 24 and unmarried is this something that needs treatment or surgery to straighten it out?
A curved penis, especially during erection, can be normal, but it's crucial to determine if it's due to a natural variation or a condition like Peyronie's disease. If the curvature is severe, painful, or causes difficulty with intercourse, it may warrant treatment, which could include medication or surgery
