I'm 20 and dealing with a connective tissue disorder. I'm really worried because I've been seeing rusty-colored blood in the morning and coughing up a little blood. The pulmonologist recommended a chest CT scan, and they mentioned that my DNS is normal and "cancapanca" is normal too. But my aPTT is at 30.0 seconds and prothrombin with INR is at 16.1 seconds, and my INR range is 1.36 seconds. My ANA test came back positive. I'm confused about what all these results mean and what could be causing these symptoms. Could you help explain this?

I'm dealing with this annoying pain in the upper thigh on my left side. It's not super intense, but it's always there and gets on my nerves. There's also some swelling at the top of my thigh compared to the other side, and the pain seems to start there and then moves down to the inner part of my thigh. Ive already done an MRI of my hip and pelvis, and even had my blood tests done everything came back normal except for a vitamin D3 and B12 deficiency. I've been taking vitamin B12 injections and 60k IU of vitamin D3 once a week, but its only been two weeks so far. Im just wondering how long it will take for my vitamin levels to get back to normal. Also, Ive tried physical therapy, but it hasn't really helped with the pain or swelling. Any advice on what I can do next?

I recently got my blood and urine tests done for insurance purposes, and the results are a bit concerning. The report says my ESR, which I believe stands for erythrocyte sedimentation rate, is high. Plus, there's some abnormal protein showing up in my urine. I'm not quite sure what all this means. Could you help me understand what's going on and what steps I should take to bring these readings back to normal?

Ive been having pain in my knees and the lower part of my feet, and it seems to happen mostly after sex, but at other times, Im okay. This started after I finished treatment for dengue last year, and its been coming and going ever since. Any idea what might be going on or how I can get some relief?

This could be due to general myalgia from muscle strain. You can opt for physiotherapy exercises for stretching the calf and thigh muscles. Cold compress and muscle relaxants can help alleviate the pain.
