I'm 20 and my breast size is barely 30 even the smallest cup size is too big. I've tried breast creams, fenugreek, and massages but nothing worked. I eat balanced but it doesn't help. Are there non-surgical ways to increase breast size, like estrogen-boosting injections or other methods?

Estrogen injections are not commonly recommended due to risks.Non-surgical breast enhancement methods usually have limited evidence.A hormonal evaluation might help if development is delayed.

I'm on thyronorm 75 MCG since last June for subclinical hypothyroidism, my level was 7.50 back then. I haven't checked my thyroid levels or seen the doctor since because I've been feeling okay, but lately, I've been experiencing back pain and sometimes I get blue vision. Could this be related to the thyronorm tablets I'm taking? Any advice would be helpful.

I've had gynecomastia since I was 13 and I'm wondering if homeopathy can actually help or if surgery is the only way to fix it. Can you tell me what my options are for treating this?
Homeopathic treatment for gynecomastia may or may not prove to be effective in treating gynecomastia. There can be some side effects such as digestive issues, nausea, vomiting, cold after taking the homeopathic medicines for gynecomastia. Also, it takes lots of time to show effective results with this treatment option Gynecomastia, or enlarged male breast tissue, can be treated with both non-surgical and surgical options, with surgery being the most effective for chronic or severe cases. Non-surgical approaches include lifestyle changes, medications, and cryolipolysis. Surgical options include liposuction and mastectomy
