I'm a 20-year-old female and I've been having this issue where I need to pee every 45 minutes or so, and I really can't control it. It even kind of burns when I go. I'm having a problem where my penis head is really sensitive, and it's causing me to have premature ejaculationit only lasts a few seconds. Do you have any treatments or remedies that could help with this issue?
For premature ejaculation, you can try using lidocaine spray such as Promescent. Apply 10-15 minutes before intercourse. Additionally, practicing techniques like the start-stop method or the squeeze technique can help improve control. Regular exercise and relaxation techniques may also be beneficial.
