I'm a 20-year-old female and I've been having this issue where I need to pee every 45 minutes or so, and I really can't control it. It even kind of burns when I go. I feel like I'm constantly heading to the restroom and it's messing up my ability to get anything done. I thought maybe if I stopped drinking so much water it would help, but it hasn't made a difference at all. What could be going on, and what should I do?

Your symptoms suggest a possible urinary tract infection (UTI) or overactive bladder; consult a gynecologist or urologist immediately for a proper diagnosis and treatment, and in the meantime, drink plenty of water to help flush out bacteria, avoid spicy or acidic foods, and consider keeping a bladder diary to track your symptoms and identify potential trigger

my prostate size is 374251 mm and weighs 42.45 g at 67 years old - is that considered large for my age can this be managed with medications or would surgery be necessary
A prostate volume of 374251 mm (374.251 ml) and a weight of 42.45 g at age 67 is significantly larger than a normal prostate, which typically weighs between 20-25 grams. While some enlargement is normal with age, this size may require medical intervention. Medications or surgery may be necessary, depending on the severity of symptoms and other medical factors
