I'm a 20-year-old girl dealing with asthma, and every time I use my Asthalin inhaler, it gives me tremors and a headache. I'm really concerned about these side effects. Could switching to a Ventolin inhaler help prevent them?

Yes, you can consider switching to Ventolin (salbutamol) inhaler, as it is similar to Asthalin, but some people may tolerate it better, however, since you're experiencing tremors and headaches, consult your doctor before making the switch to discuss potential alternatives, adjusting dosages, or adding medications to minimize side effects.

Can I take Dolo 650 while I'm on TB treatment if I have a fever? Also, when can I expect this fever to go away? I've been on medication for 29 days now.

It's generally safe to take Dolo 650 for fever during tuberculosis treatment, but it's important to follow your doctor's advice for specific medications and dosage. The duration of fever can vary depending on the severity of the infection and how your body responds to treatment. If the fever persists, it's a good idea to consult your doctor for further evaluation.

I'm really worried because his oxygen levels are dropping, but the RTPCR test came back negative. We're still concerned it might be Covid. The problem is there's no oxygen cylinder or bed available, and we can't get through to the MH LKO team members for any support or medicine. We feel so helpless watching his condition worsen. Can you please advise us on what to do?

I'm really worried about my grandmother. She's got an infection in her left lung, and now that lung isn't working. She's been on a ventilator, and they've done broncoscopy twice on that lung. But she's still unconscious and dealing with an electrolyte imbalance alongside that lung infection. Are there any methods or treatments that could help get her lung functional again?
