I've been dealing with a dry cough for the last six months, and it's really starting to worry me. I've tried more than 10 different cough syrups, but nothing seems to work. It gets so bad at night that I can't sleep because of the coughing. What's strange is, I don't have a runny nose. I'm really worried about my dad, he's 63 and was found COVID positive about 6 days ago. His CT scan showed 50% lung damage and he's been struggling with swallowing food. Can your SpO2 levels drop even if you don't have a fever? Like, is it possible for the levels to go down without experiencing a fever first? I'm curious about this because I don't have an oximeter to check.

I'm still dealing with a mild cough even after finishing 5 months of ATT treatment, and I've gained 7kg with a general sense of well-being. But I'm a bit concerned because my mediastinal lymph node is still somewhat enlarged and the cough hasn't gone away. Is it possible to take corticosteroids after finishing TB treatment, especially since they helped me with my cough before the TB diagnosis?
