I'm a 21-year-old guy and I've got oily skin, but fortunately, I don't have any pimples. I'm looking for a facewash that would be suitable for my skin type. Do you have any recommendations?

View allI've been dealing with molluscum for about three months now, and it's been really frustrating. I've been visiting a dermatologist every week, and they keep removing around 45 pimples on my face each time using needling. My doctor suggested I use a spray called Glizigen four times a day and also take some tablets to boost my immunity. But honestly, I'm not really seeing much improvement. Is there something more I should be doing, or does this treatment just take more time to show results?

I'm hoping to get some advice on using erytop cream for my acne. Should I be applying it in the morning or at night? Also, I'm 22 and just a bit concerned about any side effects if I use it for a long time. What's your take on that?
For acne treatment with Erytop cream, it is usually recommended to apply it at night before bedtime. Cleanse your face before applying a thin layer of Erytop cream on the affected areas. As for long term use, Erytop cream may cause side effects such as dryness, redness, peeling, or irritation of the skin. It is important to use a good moisturizer and sunscreen during the day while using Erytop cream to minimize these side effects.

Could using Keto AZ shampoo, Desowen lotion, and Kevon lotion be causing the increase in my hair fall? I've been dealing with constant dandruff and have seborrheic dermatitis, and now there's itching, inflammation, and irritation along with too much hair fall. Should I stop using these products?
you have to correct your cause of hair fall thats seborrheic dermatitis, which evantually corrects hair fall too,you are using right treatment if its bothering you much, ask your dermatologist for change in treatment plan.
