I'm struggling with acne and dark spots on my face. Over the years, I've tried many medicines, but they only seem to help as long as I'm taking them. Once I finish the course, after a month or so, the same issues pop back up. Back in 2012, my doctor prescribed some medicines, and then again in 2013, I was recommended Zeethrom 500 mg, Saslic face wash, Resoten 20 mg, and Calene gel. By 2014, the prescription included Resoten 20 mg and Nioclean gel. I've been using these treatments for about three years, but I stopped taking any medicine over the past two years. Could you suggest what I should do next? Should I consider continuing with medicine or try another treatment option?

View allI'm feeling pretty concerned about hair loss and the amount of eggs I'm eating since I joined the gym. I've been consuming around 6 to 8 eggs every day. Could this be causing my hair to fall out? Should I stop eating so many eggs, or is there something else I should consider? I'd really appreciate some guidance on this.

I'm really worried because I've been using this fairness cream for a month, and now my skin's gotten dull and I've started getting pimples. My skin used to be pretty good before this. Could the cream be damaging my skin? What should I do to fix it?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a reaction to the cream you have been using. To help improve your skin condition, I recommend stopping the use of the current cream and switching to a gentle cleanser and a non-comedogenic moisturizer. You can also consider using a topical acne treatment containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid for the pimples. Additionally, incorporating a vitamin C serum can help brighten your skin. Remember to always use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin.

I'm noticing more facial hair after using the minoxidil aminexil topical solution 5% for my hair loss issue. Should I be worried about this? Is it a common side effect or does it mean something else is happening? How can I manage or prevent this from happening? Any advice would be appreciated!
