I'm a 21-year-old male and recently saw my doctor for abdominal pain. He had me get an abdominal ultrasound, and while most things looked normal, it mentioned that there are gas-distended bowel loops in the lower abdomen. Is this something I should be worried about? My doctor gave me some medication called pansec and meftal spas. I'm really curious to know why this is happening and what I can do to make it go away. Can you help me understand this better?

Alzolam (Alprazolam) is a benzodiazepine, and taking 5 tablets of 0.5mg can be potentially hazardous.

Immediate Action

  1. Call emergency services: Reach out to emergency services or a poison control center immediately.
  2. Monitor her vital signs: Keep an eye on her pulse, breathing rate, and blood pressure.
  3. Do not leave her alone: Ensure someone is with her at all times.

Possible Symptoms

  1. Drowsiness
  2. Confusion
  3. Slurred speech
  4. Dizziness
  5. Difficulty breathing

Precautions

  1. Do not try to wake her forcefully.
  2. Do not give her any food or water.
  3. Do not attempt to treat her yourself.

I've been having really bad burps, a severe stomach ache, and feeling like I might puke since last week. I went to see a general physician on the 16th of October, and he gave me some meds to take for five days. But then, my period started on the 21st, and I woke up with my face, eyes, hands, legs, and knees all swollen. I'm also feeling dizzy, still having burps, and that stomach ache hasn't gone away. Could this be a reaction to the medicine or maybe something else going on?

seems like you have a allergic reaction consult your doctor for further evaluation

I've recently had some lab tests done, and I'm a bit worried about the results. My LFT showed that my bilirubin is at 1.4 mgdl, SGOT is 73 UL, SGPT is 129 UL, and alkaline phosphatase is at 82 UL. Plus, my uric acid level is 6.6 mgdl. I'm a frequent drinker, but I'm trying to cut back on alcohol. What steps should I take to improve these values, and are they something I should be concerned about right now?

I'm dealing with jaundice and I'm a bit concerned. My total bilirubin level was 4.1 mgdl about 20 days ago, and now it's down to 0.89 mgdl according to today's report. Does this mean everything's fine now? My urine and the whites of my eyes still don't look normal. What should I do at this point, and is there a specific diet chart I should follow?

don't worry it takes time to come to normal
