I'm 22 and have a gap between my teeth and gums, with pus around just one tooth. My periodontist suggested flap surgery once a week for four weeks after seeing my OPG. My front four teeth are loose and keep shifting is there any way to save them without losing them? Can flap surgery be done in a single sitting instead? Are there any advanced treatments to stabilize my teeth?

I've got this infection on my tongue, and it feels like I've bitten both sides of it. It's been going on for almost a week now, and I'm in pain. What do you think I should do?

I recommend using an antifungal medication like clotrimazole oral troches. You can dissolve one troche slowly in your mouth five times a day for about two weeks. Additionally, you can take ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours as needed for pain relief. Make sure to maintain good oral hygiene and avoid spicy or acidic foods that may irritate your tongue further.

I've had a tongue ulcer for about three days now. It's on the lower right side and doesn't hurt much unless I touch it. I've been using zytee gel, but it hasn't helped yet and I'm starting to get worried. Could this be an early sign of oral cancer? I've also got some broken teeth and other dental issues. Any advice?

I've been dealing with really bad tooth pain for the past two days. I've already tried the painkillers, ketorol dt, but it still hurts a lot. What else can I do for relief? Is there something else you would recommend? This pain is really getting to me.

pain could be because of tooth decay you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done if required. If there is cavity get it filled. If there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated.
