I'm a 22-year-old who's underweight and has thyroid issues, and my breast size is 32B. Is there any way to naturally increase my breast size without surgery? Do massages or exercises actually help? I feel really insecure about my small breasts and need advice on how to deal with this.

While natural remedies and exercises can't increase breast size, they can improve the appearance and tone of your chest muscles, which can enhance the overall look of your breasts. Focusing on exercises that strengthen the pectoral muscles and a healthy diet can help you feel more confident and comfortable in your own body

I've been prescribed SHELCAL D tablets, and I'm just wondering how effective they really are. I know my bones are pretty weak and my vitamin D level is 18.5. How long should I be taking this medication, and are there any side effects I should be aware of?

Its good.. but probably you need to take for life unless you dont decide to take proper balance diet and sun exposure.
