I'm struggling with smoking cessation and could use some advice. I'm currently taking 75mcg Thyronorm and have been dealing with depression for the past five years. On top of that, I'm experiencing massive hair loss and obesity. I'm finding it really hard to quit smoking. Can you suggest some effective ways to help me quit this habit?

My sister is 23 and has underdeveloped breasts just small points no proper growth. She's really depressed about it, and we can't afford surgery. Are there any non-surgical options or treatments that could help with breast development?
Hormonal therapy may help slightly; otherwise, prosthetic bras or counseling are helpful alternatives.

Are oranges good for diabetics?
Citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruits and lemons are full of fibre, vitamin C, folate and potassium, which would help benefit a healthy diabetic eating plan. Oranges are full of fibre and also have low glycemic index.
