I'm 26 and my height is 56 inches is it possible to increase it by 12 inches at this age? I read about reopening growth plates are there any medicines or surgeries for that in India? How long would it take and what's the cost?

I've been diagnosed with diabetes since I was 25 and have been managing it with insulin.
