I'm 22 years old and I've noticed my Adam's apple isn't as prominent as I'd like. I'm really curious if there's any natural way to make it bigger. Are there certain exercises or methods that can help with this? I'm just not sure where to start, and I'd appreciate some guidance.

My blood test shows extra calcium at 12.9mg and I weigh 100kg at 59 years old. There's a parathyroid issue on the right side of my neck that's been there for 4 years. Do I need surgery for this or can it be treated with medication? The test says it's excess calcium so I'm worried about what to do next
