I'm 22 years old and my height is 6 feet 2 inches, but I've always felt like my face is way too small for my body. It's pretty noticeable and people often comment that I look like a kid, which is really embarrassing. I'm worried about it and Id love to know if theres anything I can do to make my face appear bigger or more proportionate. Right now, it's just too small and thin. Any advice would be really helpful.

While surgery, like liposuction and mastectomy, is a common and effective treatment, other approaches like addressing underlying medical conditions or lifestyle changes (exercise and diet) can also help. Surgery does carry some risks, including infection, bleeding, and changes in sensation

My body posture seems off and my chest looks a bit like breasts what can I do to fix this? Do I need to see a specialist or could surgery be an option?

To address your posture and chest appearance, you may want to see a specialist in physical therapy to correct posture. In some cases, gynecomastia surgery may help if there’s significant tissue buildup.
