My lower lip is noticeably bigger than my upper lip, especially on the left side where it seems to droop down more. I also have some facial asymmetry my left side looks slightly bigger and looser compared to the right, which feels tighter. The tissue on the left side seems less firm, affecting my cheek and lip. Would lower lip reduction surgery help correct this? I'd like to understand more about the procedure and if it's the right option for me. Can we set up a video call to discuss this further? I'm based in Pune.

Lower lip reduction surgery can help address asymmetry, but facial analysis by a plastic surgeon is essential. They can assess muscle tone and tissue balance. You’d need to consult locally in Pune; video consultations are offered by many clinics.

View allIs there a way to fix facial asymmetry without surgery, especially around the eyes and jaw? My facial muscles feel weak what type of specialist should I see for this?
Yes, facial asymmetry can often be addressed non-surgically, especially for milder cases around the eyes and jaw. If you suspect facial muscle weakness, a specialist in facial paralysis or a dermatologist with expertise in non-surgical cosmetic treatments should be consulted.

I have a weird issue where there's a lot of fat only in my left chest but my right chest is totally normal. My BMI is fine, I even have visible abs, so it's not a general fat problem. I've tried medicines to dissolve the fat but nothing worked. Could this be a hormonal imbalance? I'm desperate to fix this, even if it means surgery what options do I have?
FNAC of that fat deposit should be done to rule out any malignant disease. If it's only Lipoma, than it can be surgically removed by a small operation. That's it
