My lower lip is noticeably bigger than my upper lip, especially on the left side where it seems to droop down more. I also have some facial asymmetry my left side looks slightly bigger and looser compared to the right, which feels tighter. The tissue on the left side seems less firm, affecting my cheek and lip. Would lower lip reduction surgery help correct this? I'd like to understand more about the procedure and if it's the right option for me. Can we set up a video call to discuss this further? I'm based in Pune.

Lower lip reduction surgery can help address asymmetry, but facial analysis by a plastic surgeon is essential. They can assess muscle tone and tissue balance. You’d need to consult locally in Pune; video consultations are offered by many clinics.

View allI'm 25 and thinking about reshaping my nose but I really don't want surgery. Is there any way to change the shape without going under the knife? I've heard about nose exercises do they actually work? Also, are there any creams or applications that can help reshape it? If so, which ones would you recommend and how effective are they?
While some claim nose exercises and creams can reshape your nose, there's no scientific evidence to support these claims. The shape of your nose is largely determined by bone and cartilage, which cannot be altered by external methods like exercises or creams. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty, using dermal fillers, can temporarily change the nose's shape, but it's not a permanent solution.

i have gynecomastia and i'm considering surgery but i'm worried about safety and whether my chest skin will become loose after the procedure
Gynecomastia surgery is generally safe; if skin elasticity is good, it tightens post-surgery—if not, minor skin tightening or revision may be needed.
