Question
I'm 23 and I've never had sex before. I've been trying to have sex with my boyfriend, but every time he tries to put it in, I start to panic and resist. I think I might have developed a phobia about having sex, and it feels like it's really deep-rooted in my mind. I'm really worried about how this is going to affect my sexual life and relationship. Could you give me some advice?

It's natural to feel anxious about intimacy, especially if it's a new experience. What you're describing could be related to fear or anxiety around penetration, potentially vaginismus or a psychological barrier. I recommend starting with open communication with your partner, practicing relaxation techniques, and consulting a therapist or gynecologist to address these feelings in a safe and supportive way.
