I'm a 23-year-old girl and I've been having back pains that get worse when I sit for a long time, like during my tuitions. It usually only gets better if I lie down. I'm thinking about taking Shelcal 500 mg since it has calcium and vitamin D3. Do you think it's okay for me to take one tablet every day to help with the pain? What do you suggest?

My mom is 64 and has osteoporosis with knee pain in both legs. She had an accident 10 years ago and still has a rod in her left thigh that runs from the upper thigh to just above the knee. I'm wondering if the rod needs to be removed before she gets knee replacement surgery. Also, the doctor suggested replacing both knees what are the risks and success rates for someone with her condition?

I completely tore my ACL in my left knee playing football two years ago but only did basic first aid like icing and rest then slowly started walking again Now it feels unstable and I keep slipping Should I get surgery right away or try exercises first
Long-standing ACL tears causing instability often require surgical reconstruction for full recovery and joint stability.
