I'm 24 and have bow legs, but lately I've been feeling pain in my left knee and sometimes hear a cracking sound. Could this be a sign of osteoarthritis? Is there any way to treat both the bow legs and knee pain without surgery?

I'm worried about my chondromalacia diagnosis from a few years ago. I sometimes didn't stick to the doctor's advice about not jumping, running, or folding my knees, and now Im experiencing knee pain whenever I put stress on them. I recently started karate classes that involve a lot of those activities. Is there anything youd recommend I do to manage the pain and keep my knees in good shape while still attending classes?

I'm 25 years old and 163cm tall my dad is the same height. I've been seriously considering limb lengthening surgery or human growth hormone treatment to increase my height. I've always wondered how so many people end up tall even when their parents are short. Can you guide me on whether these options would work for me and what the risks might be?
