I'm 24 and I've been masturbating a lot, almost like it's become a habit I can't break. Lately, I've been feeling really low and weak because of it. I've noticed that the nerves on my penis are super visible, and I constantly feel sensations there, even when I'm just sitting around doing nothing. It's kind of embarrassing to say, but I've been needing to urinate like 23 times within a span of just 4 hours, which is really affecting my daily life. This whole situation is really distracting me. What should I do?
