I'm really concerned about my penis size. I'm 19, and my current size is about 5 inches, but I would like it to be around 8 or 9 inches, both in length and width. I'm quite active and physically fit, but I find that after masturbating, which I do a couple of times a day, I feel really tired. I also do at least an hour of exercise every morning. Are there any exercises or diets that can help me increase my penis size and improve my sperm-holding capacity? Would love some guidance on this.

Im currently taking NOCULI B6 syrup to help with kidney stones. Im supposed to take 15 ml three times a day, but Im unsure about how much active ingredient is in each dose. Could you help me figure out the mg of this syrup in 15 ml? Also, I have two stones in each kidney, each measuring around 34 mm. How long should I be on this syrup to effectively treat them? And are there any potential side effects I should be aware of while taking this syrup?

I'm having a bit of an issue and I'm really concerned. During intercourse, I noticed that the foreskin on my penis gets cut at the lower inner joint. It bleeds quite a lot when it happens, although it does stop eventually. This has been worrying me since it first happened about 34 days ago. The cut is still open and in the process of healing. I'm also diabetic, which I know might make things a bit more complicated. Is this something serious? Should I be considering seeing a doctor about this?

It's important to get the cut checked by a doctor, especially with diabetes, as healing can be slower, and there's a risk of infection. If it's not healing properly or if you experience pain, swelling, or redness, please consult a healthcare professional for proper care.

My penis foreskin doesn't retract properly. Is there a surgical fix for this? It's really bothering me and I'm not sure what to do about it

circumcision is advised.
