I've been working out about 23 times a week, mostly doing body weight exercises, and I recently noticed something concerning. During my workouts, it seems like my penis size decreases, but it goes back to normal afterwards. Should I be worried about this?

View allIs it safe to have sex if my partner has phimosis where only a small part of the head is visible Should we consider surgery or are there other options
It's possible to have sex with phimosis, even if only a small part of the head is visible, but it might be more comfortable or cause less discomfort with some precautions. Surgery might be an option if phimosis causes pain, irritation, or complications like infection

I have really tight foreskin and I know it's phimosis. I'm looking for a way to treat it with medicine instead of surgery because I'm really worried about this. Can you suggest any non-surgical options that might help?
