I'm 24 years old and I've been having issues with burping and vertigo. I also seem to have trouble digesting things like coconut milk. Could these be related, and what might be causing these symptoms?

I'm dealing with a high fever that started yesterday, but what's puzzling me is there are no signs of a cold or flu. However, my stomach feels really off, like it's indigestion or something. Its also strange because my feet and palms are cold. What could possibly be going on with me?
