I'm 25 and dealing with Pott's spine. I've been on AKT treatment for the past 7 months and recent MRIs show the pus is going down. I did an LFT test and noticed that my alkaline phosphatase is a bit high at 126, while the normal range is 46 to 116. Everything else looks okay. Should I be worried about this? What other medications can I take to help with the side effects of AKT? A friend of mine mentioned trying LIVRITE for 15 days and Bendon while continuing AKT. What do you think I should do?

View allI'm having this neck pain for the last couple of days, and it feels like my neck is kind of locked up, maybe like suluku or something. Could you recommend any ointments or balms that might help with this issue?
Feeling a heavy head, especially after eating, can be uncomfortable. Given your blood pressure (BP) reading of 15090 mmHg, it's essential to address both concerns. I've had lower back pain for 2 months and calf pain for 6 months my knee MRI was normal but lumbar spine MRI showed mild to moderate L5 S1 disc bulge and mild L4 L5 bulge with pain radiating down my left leg. I feel numbness in my left leg's second toe. Do I really need steroid injections or can exercises help without surgery?
With a mild to moderate L5-S1 disc bulge and mild L4-L5 bulge causing lower back pain and radiating down the left leg, including numbness in the second toe, you should explore conservative treatments like physical therapy and potentially a steroid injection before considering surgery. These non-surgical options can help manage pain and improve function

I broke my pinky toe about 6 weeks ago, and while the bone did fuse back a bit, it was only half fused, causing me to walk awkwardly. The doctor said it was a malunion, and I had surgery two days ago to fix it with a K wire in my toe. The pain was really bad the first day but now it only hurts a little if I move my foot left or right. The doctor recommended taking a week off to rest and then start walking again. How long does it usually take for a fracture with a K wire to heal properly? Will walking with the K wire be painful or lead to any complications? I'm just looking for some advice on what to expect.
