I'm 28 and have struggled with severe nodular acne, and unfortunately, my skin is still really sensitive. I occasionally get acne breakouts too. I've been using Epitheliale AH skin repair cream and a herbal acne cream as part of my skincare routine. Now, I'm starting to notice signs of aging like dry patches, fine lines, dullness, and some spots. I'm nervous about visiting salons for facials or cleanups due to hygiene concerns. I'm trying to figure out how to start an anti-aging regimen at home that won't trigger breakouts. Ive heard that a lot of anti-aging products have heavy moisturizers that might clog pores. Can you suggest any products that are safe for acne-prone skin but also keep it moisturized enough? Also, Im hoping for something cost-effective because I'm not looking to spend too much. What would you recommend?

I'm dealing with a skin fungal infection, and it's been really itchy lately, especially at night. I was thinking about using Cloben G cream, but I'm not sure if it's the right choice or if it's a steroid. Could you recommend a good topical antifungal cream? I could really use your advice because it's getting tough to sleep with all the itching.

Clotrimazole is an antifungal medication, while Beclomethasone is a corticosteroid. It is not recommended to use steroid-containing creams for fungal infections without a doctor's prescription, as they can sometimes worsen the infection or cause other side effects. For fungal infections on the skin and private parts, I recommend using Terbinafine cream. You can apply Terbinafine cream twice a day on the affected areas. It is a potent antifungal medication that can help relieve itching and treat the fungal infection effectively. Remember to keep the affected areas clean and dry, and avoid tight clothing to promote healing.

I recently got my hair smoothened and I've been reading up on aftercare. A doctor mentioned Keraglo eva tablets might be a good idea, but I'm worried about any major side effects. Do you think it's safe to take these tablets?

Keraglo Eva is a combination of vitamins and minerals that promote hair growth and improve hair quality. It is generally safe to use and does not cause major side effects when taken at the recommended dosage. You can take 1 tablet of Keraglo Eva daily after meals for best results.
