I'm a 28-year-old male and Ive noticed some blood in my spit, mostly in the mornings after I wake up. I dont smoke and I'm generally healthy with no cough or anything like that. I sometimes deal with allergies, so I'm wondering if that could be causing it? Ive had a chest X-ray and it was all good. I also occasionally have gas issues and migraines. What could be causing the blood in my sputum?

that could be because of dryness or you might be having Dns or so..visit your ENT doctor for evaluation otherwise as the quantity is negligibke you can forget about it,stay hydrated.

The new doctor here told me to keep taking the red medicine I got from the government hospital in Amritsar. I did another x-ray, and the report says there's still fluid in my lungs, but the doctor mentioned it should dry up on its own. It's been 15 days on this medication, but I'm still having trouble breathing, keep getting fevers, and my chest hurts a lot. Do you think I should consider fluid aspiration?

I'm a bit worried because I've had this weird temperature fluctuation for the past four days. It's usually between 97-98 but sometimes hits 99, and I have a slight cough. I've been taking Calpol 650 twice daily, but it hasn't changed much. The last x-ray showed a patchy opacity in my left lung. Should I be concerned, or is this just normal? Any guidance would be appreciated.
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

I've had left pleural fluid since December 2021, and I'm still on TB medicine. According to my chest CT and PET CT scans, the TB has relapsed, and mycobacterium was detected with low RIF resistance. I'm taking the 4 TB tablets daily, but why did it relapse?
probably mycobacterium in you has become resistant to medicines which you are taking . relapse also has a treatment donot worry
