I'm 29 and have been having trouble breathing for the last four days. I'm feeling really uneasy about it and would really appreciate some advice on what might be going on.

might be due to gastritis or due to any infection, if still shortness of breath do one chest xray

I'm noticing some chest congestion that's been going on for about a week now. It's making it hard to breathe at times, and I've got a bit of a cough. Plus, I hear these heavy sounds when I breathe. Could this possibly be asthma or something else? I really need some advice on what might be happening.
Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin duo 625mg thrice daily, for 5 days, tab pan d,orally once daily for 14 days ,syrup sucralfate 10ml thrice daily for 14 days.Also avoid spicy and hot items is advised to the patient.
