I'm a 30-year-old guy and for the last couple of weeks, I've been dealing with some odd symptoms. After doing some online research, it seems like it might be a yeast infection. Do men get yeast infections too? If so, how should I treat it?

you need to be cautious and gentle with the affected area, and if the balanitis is causing bleeding or is not improving, it is crucial to see a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. If there is any sign of infection or if the area doesn't heal properly, professional medical treatment will be necessary.

Would removal of the prostate result in erectile dysfunction?
Removal of prostate can happen with or without removal of surrounding nerves based on the patient's condition. Persons whose nerves are spared may have erectile dysfunction for mostly 2 years or so post surgery which regains back slowly. Persons whose nerves are removed may have permanent erection issues and may need medications for it.
