I'm 30 years old and currently 20 weeks pregnant. At 13 weeks, my NT measurement was 3.2mm. Both my amniocentesis and NIPT reports came back showing low risk. I've attached my anomaly scan report from my 20th week, and I'm just wondering if everything looks normal?

Drinking water before eating bananas or any fruit is generally safe.
However, it's recommended to have a gap of at least 30 minutes to 1 hour between drinking water and eating fruits.
This allows for:
Proper digestion of the fruit Prevention of dilution of digestive enzymes Reduced risk of bloating or discomfort
But, if you're thirsty, drink water and wait for a short period before eating the fruit.

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and trying to understand some terms from my latest scan results. Can you explain what these foetal growth parameters mean? They're saying there are no obvious anomalies now, and something about the Doppler study of the umbilical artery with terms like 'psv 36 cms' and 'edv 15 cms', and other readings like 'pi 0.84', 'sd 2.3', and 'diastolic filling good'. What do these mean for my baby? It also mentions the uterine artery on the right, and the foetal mca Doppler trace is within normal limits. I'm a bit confused about what all these mean, especially when they mention things like a single live foetus with a vertical lie and low head position. It sounds like everything is okay, but no IUGR and no cord around the babys neck are mentioned too. Could you help clarify all this for me?

I'm dealing with a lot of vaginal itching and burning right now, and I'm using itch guard which only seems to help for a short while. Could you please tell me what might be causing this and if there's something more effective I could try?
