I'm 31 and recently started getting pimples on my face that come and go. They pop up on my nose and cheeks mainly, and they're kind of white. If I press them, a liquid comes out, and they usually disappear after about three days. I've never really used soap on my face, and I don't engage in activities like watching porn or masturbating every day. I'm just wondering why this is happening at my age. Can you help me figure it out?

Possible Causes of Pimples
- Hormonal fluctuations: Changes in hormone levels, even in adulthood, can lead to acne.
- Stress: Stress can increase cortisol levels, contributing to acne.
- Diet: Consuming dairy products, refined carbohydrates, or foods high in sugar can trigger acne.
- Genetics: Family history can play a role in acne development.
- Environmental factors: Exposure to pollution, humidity, or certain chemicals can contribute to acne.
White Pimples with Liquid Discharge
The pimples you described, with a white color and liquid discharge, might be:
- Pustules: A type of acne lesion filled with pus.
- Milia: Small, white bumps caused by keratin buildup.
- Sebaceous filaments: Naturally occurring, small bumps on the nose and cheeks.
Next Steps
- Consult a dermatologist: For personalized guidance and treatment.
- Maintain good skincare habits: Cleanse your face gently with a non-comedogenic cleanser, and moisturize regularly.
- Avoid picking or squeezing pimples: To prevent further inflammation and scarring.
- Consider lifestyle changes: Reduce stress, eat a balanced diet, and stay hydrated.

So I totally forgot to keep my Daktacort cream in the fridge like it says I should, and it's been sitting out for about two months. I'm planning to use it now and remembered about the fridge thing. Is it still going to work, or did I mess it up by not refrigerating it right away?
use creams
