I'm 31 and recently started getting pimples on my face that come and go. They pop up on my nose and cheeks mainly, and they're kind of white. If I press them, a liquid comes out, and they usually disappear after about three days. I've never really used soap on my face, and I don't engage in activities like watching porn or masturbating every day. I'm just wondering why this is happening at my age. Can you help me figure it out?

Possible Causes of Pimples
- Hormonal fluctuations: Changes in hormone levels, even in adulthood, can lead to acne.
- Stress: Stress can increase cortisol levels, contributing to acne.
- Diet: Consuming dairy products, refined carbohydrates, or foods high in sugar can trigger acne.
- Genetics: Family history can play a role in acne development.
- Environmental factors: Exposure to pollution, humidity, or certain chemicals can contribute to acne.
White Pimples with Liquid Discharge
The pimples you described, with a white color and liquid discharge, might be:
- Pustules: A type of acne lesion filled with pus.
- Milia: Small, white bumps caused by keratin buildup.
- Sebaceous filaments: Naturally occurring, small bumps on the nose and cheeks.
Next Steps
- Consult a dermatologist: For personalized guidance and treatment.
- Maintain good skincare habits: Cleanse your face gently with a non-comedogenic cleanser, and moisturize regularly.
- Avoid picking or squeezing pimples: To prevent further inflammation and scarring.
- Consider lifestyle changes: Reduce stress, eat a balanced diet, and stay hydrated.

View allI've noticed this red pore on my nose that's been around for almost a year now. I'm kind of worried about what it could be and how to get rid of it. I regularly squeeze blackheads on my nose, so I wonder if maybe it's an infected pore? What do you think?

I'm really concerned about this bruise on my face. A week ago, I fell and hit my cheekbone pretty hard. At first, it was just bruised there, but now the bruising has spread all around my eye, and my eyelids and part of my cheek are this purple-green color. The swelling has gone down quite a bit, but there's still some, and I have this lump on my cheekbone that just won't go away. Could it be a hematoma?
