I'm 39 and recently, like about 20 days ago, I've been having some issues with my breathing because of a cold. I got an X-ray done and it showed something like "bilateral hilar prominence." What does that mean? Should I be worried? What's the best thing to do next?

I'm really concerned about my MRI scan results that showed a pleural effusion and SOL on the right side of my chest. I've already been on medication for 12 months, and the doctor mentioned that a scar might appear but said I don't need to take more medication. Should I be worried about this scar, and is it normal to stop medication now?
