I'm a 39-year-old woman and had my gallbladder removed about a year ago. Six months later, I started getting pimples and marks on my skin, which I've never dealt with before. My skin is pretty fair, and I've tried using some products like sebeam soap, cleargel, and epiduo, as recommended by a dermatologist. It's been three weeks, but I'm not seeing much improvement. What's going on, and what else can I do to clear these up?

Can you tell me what this could be so I can look it up online and figure out how to treat it? I've included some pictures to help.
