I'm 4 months out from ACL surgery and wondering if smoking or drinking alcohol could mess with my recovery does it slow down healing or weaken the graft?

Alcohol and smoking delay healing and graft integration—avoid for at least 6 months post-ACL surgery for optimal recovery.

View allMRI scan shows a high-grade partial ACL tear in my left knee and some meniscus issues. The doctor is recommending arthroscopic surgery but I'm not sure if it's necessary. There's also a mild strain in the PCL and tears in the lateral meniscus. The medial meniscus looks thinned out too. Do I really need the operation or are there other options?

I'm really interested in this height increase surgery since I'm only 158 cm tall and want to grow taller. Can you tell me if it's safe and which doctor I should see for it? Also, at what age would it be safest and most effective for me? I'd appreciate your advice on this.
The total recommended lengthening is 2-3 inches (5-8 cm) in the thigh bone (femur). Lengthening more than 3 inches in one bone is associated with higher complication rates, and our doctors put patient safety first
