I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I'm a bit worried because I did two beta HCG tests 48 hours apart, but the numbers didn't double. I also had a vaginal scan that showed the yolk sac, but they couldn't see the fetal pole yet. My cervix length is 3.5 cm and they mentioned a single intrauterine gestation with an MSD of 5.9 mm. Im just really anxious to knowdoes this mean I'm pregnant or not?

Yes, you are pregnant, as a yolk sac and a single intrauterine gestation have been visualized. However, the absence of a fetal pole and a suboptimal rise in beta HCG may indicate a need for close follow-up. A repeat scan in 7-10 days is recommended to confirm viability and check for the fetal pole.

View allI'm a bit worried because my wife accidentally took Microdine vaginal tablets orally yesterday. Thankfully, she hasn't shown any negative symptoms so far, but I'm wondering if we should see a doctor. How serious could this be?

What happens to your body after a miscarriage?
It can take few weeks to a month for the body to become normal after a miscarriage depending on the length of pregnancy. Most women observe vaginal bleeding due to the miscarriage.

I'm really worried because I missed my period for 6 days and found out I was pregnant from a test. I tried taking pills to stop the pregnancy, but I messed up and took the second pill 24 hours after the first one instead of waiting 48 hours like it said. I only had thin bleeding for about 2 days. Now, I tested again and it's negative. Could you please help me understand what I should do to get my full period back?
