I'm 53 with diabetes and high BP, currently taking jalra dianorm m 1000 and metformin for sugar, plus apresol and beta nicardia for BP. My sugar levels stay fine when I skip BP meds, but spike badly when I take them. Why does this happen and how can I manage both conditions since I need cataract surgery soon?

View allI'm really worried about my brother. He's 27 years old, stands 6ft tall, and has suddenly lost 10kgs in the past two months despite no changes in his eating habits. Now he's down to 56kgs. What could be causing such a drastic weight loss? It's quite concerning, and I hope to understand what might be going on.

I've been dealing with low appetite, gum swelling, bleeding, bad breath, and very little saliva. My nose feels blocked, I have indigestion, piles, and this weird lump sensation in my throat. My hair's also turning grey early. All this started after my ear surgery in 2014. Blood tests showed high TSH levels, so I might have hypothyroidism. I read that drinking more water helps with mucus, but I'm not sure if I'm overdoing it. My lifestyle's pretty inactive what changes should I make and are there any medications that could help?
