I'm 7 weeks pregnant and was wondering if it's possible to have an abortion at this stage. I just celebrated my first wedding anniversary and feel like I might need a bit more time before taking on the responsibilities of becoming a parent. Can you help me understand my options?

You can consider using medications such as Mifepristone and Misoprostol under medical supervision to terminate the pregnancy. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider for guidance and support during this process.

View allCan we eat ice cream during periods?
Having a lot of dairy products is not the best idea, as it can cause cramping. Dairy products like milk, cheese, and ice cream contain arachidonic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid), which can increase inflammation and can intensify your period pain.

I'm planning a week-long trip to Goa and I'm worried because my period is supposed to start around the same time. I really want to enjoy the beach without any hassle. Is there a safe way to delay my period for this trip? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
You can consider taking Norethisterone (brand name Regestrone) to delay your periods. It is a commonly used medication for period delay. Remember to consult with your doctor before starting any medication.

I'm currently 36 weeks and 6 days pregnant, but I'm really anxious about the possibility of having a C-section. I had two miscarriages last year at 3 months, and although my APLA test came back negative, I'm taking ecospirin. My doctor mentioned that she won't wait beyond 38 weeks for a normal delivery because of my previous miscarriages, and I'm worried about not being able to wait for a natural birth. Is there any room to wait a bit longer for a normal delivery? Feeling confused about what to do.
