I'm about 4 months into recovering from a D12 compression fracture, but I'm still experiencing severe back pain and my legs feel like they're twisting. I'm worried and wondering how much longer it might take for the D12 area to heal. Is this normal, or should I be concerned about these lingering symptoms?

The doctor suggested knee replacement surgery, but I'm worried what are the success rates and possible side effects? Also, can you recommend the best doctor or hospital for this procedure?

My knee MRI shows a complete ACL tear and I'm really worried - is surgery the only option? What happens if I choose not to get the ACL reconstruction? I'm scared about the recovery process and whether I'll be able to play sports again without it
While ACL reconstruction surgery is a common and often recommended treatment for a complete ACL tear, it's not always the only option. If you choose not to have surgery, your knee will likely remain unstable, potentially limiting your ability to participate in sports and other activities. However, with diligent rehabilitation and careful management, some individuals can live relatively active lives without surgery
