My legs, back, neck, shoulders, and even my fingers hurt and feel weak could this be related to disc issues? I'm really hoping to avoid surgery or disc replacement if possible. What could be causing all this pain and weakness?

I have a grade 1 posterior medial meniscus tear will this heal on its own or do I need surgery? I'm worried about making it worse if I don't get the right treatment. What's the usual recovery time for something like this?
A grade 1 posterior medial meniscus tear often heals on its own without surgery, especially with rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE) therapy. The usual recovery time for a grade 1 meniscus tear can range from 6 to 8 weeks, but this can vary. Surgery is usually not needed unless symptoms persist or worsen after a few months.
