I'm about five months into my TB treatment now. My cough has improved a lot, and I don't have the fever like before, plus I've gained 7 kg. I don't really have any other issues, but I still have this occasional cough during the day, like 20 to 30 times, just a small cough each time. My GeneXpert test was positive, and the EBUS FNAC showed caseating epithelioid granuloma cells when I had it done at Apollo Hospital. I'm a bit worried about when this cough is going to go away completely. Are there other possibilities I should be aware of? Do I need to extend my medication to 12 months?

View allI'm really worried because I tested positive for COVID-19 on May 4th, but luckily I had no symptoms and stayed in home isolation without needing steroids or oxygen. I've been experiencing some mild fatigue and sometimes a bit of a cough, but nothing serious, and I had congestion for just a couple of days. I've been taking Montekulsta for 10 days now. My breathing seems fine, but whenever I do steam inhalation, I notice white phlegm with black streaks in it. There's no phlegm if I skip the steam. Ive been like this for two days and my sugar levels after meals are around 158. Should I be concerned about black fungus infection and go for any specific tests to rule it out?
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient. Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice

I've been dealing with a persistent cough for almost three months now. Whenever I take Deriphyllin 150mg and Cetrizine, it seems to help for about 20 hours, but then the cough comes back at night. What do you think I should do?
It sounds like your cough may be persistent, possibly due to an underlying issue like allergies or respiratory inflammation. I recommend consulting your doctor for further evaluation and possibly adjusting your treatment plan, as the relief youre experiencing may be temporary.

I'm 65 years old and just got my X-ray results back. Everything looked normal, but it mentioned that both hila are congested. What's that mean? Should I be concerned? I don't have any breathing problems, just a rib fracture on my 7th rib.
normal you can say no major risk of hilar
