I'm really worried about my cousin who's in the 12th grade and was just diagnosed with TB, which he was told is linked to some kind of stomach infection. I'm trying to understand, how is TB different from asthma? And is there a possibility that his TB could turn into asthma?

View allI'm 21 and I've noticed that my right hilar shadow is more prominent, and there are lymph nodes involved. I don't have a cough or fever, but I sometimes feel a bit breathless, which I think might be from worrying too much. Is this something serious, or is it normal? Should I be seeing a doctor about it?

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with breathing issues and pain in my left chest and shoulder for the past four years. I had a chest X-ray, and it came back normal. Why am I still experiencing these symptoms? Should I be concerned, or are there other tests I should consider to get to the bottom of this?

I'm worried because our servant was diagnosed with TB, and I'm concerned it might have spread to my family. Could you please tell me which test we can do to check if any of us are affected by TB?
If a family member has been exposed to tuberculosis (TB), it's important to monitor for symptoms like persistent cough, weight loss, fever, and night sweats. To confirm if anyone is affected, a chest X-ray and a TB skin test (TST) or a blood test (IGRA) are commonly used. Please consult a doctor for appropriate testing and advice.
