I'm really struggling with my breathing the last couple of days. It feels heavy and I'm breathing super fast, plus I'm yawning all the time. My heart's been racing too, and it's making me so anxious. Any idea what this could be? It's really stressing me out.

My mom, who's 56, tested positive for COVID two weeks ago. Luckily, she's not showing most symptoms anymore, but we're worried because her dry cough just won't go away. It's been bothering her for two weeks now. Could you recommend a good cough syrup or any advice on what might help?
