I'm a bit worried about some medical test results I received. It says that my bilateral lungs have prominent vascular markings, but everything else is normal. Can you help me understand what that might mean? Is there something I should be concerned about?

View allI've been having trouble breathing when I walk up two flights of stairs, and I start panting a lot during cricket. I struggle with just one over and I'm out of breath quickly. I used to be a chain smoker, and I'm really concerned if my past smoking might be affecting my breathing now. Could it be something serious, or is there a way to improve my situation?

I'm really concerned about my health after having TB about a year ago. There was water collected around my lungs which was drained during treatment, around 2500 ml in total. My treatment started on May 31, 2016, and ended on April 10, 2017. Now I've noticed that there's a thin and dry layer around my left lung. My doctor said the treatment is complete, but I'm worried about this layer. Can you please advise me on what I should do next?
