I'm about to get surgery for a leg fracture and might need a metal plate. What are the common side effects of having a metal plate in your leg, and could this heal on its own with just a cast instead? I'm feeling a bit nervous about the whole thing.

Can bow legs be fixed naturally at my age of 24 without going through surgery I've had them since I was young and wondering if exercises or other non-surgical options might help

My ACL in my right knee has been torn for 10 years my first doctor told me to rest and exercise. Now after another fall, a new doc says only ACL reconstruction surgery will fix it permanently. Are there any other options besides surgery?
