I'm Aziz and I've been dealing with really high blood pressure, around 200110. I just took ENACE D and ASOMEX AT, but my headache and heart rate keep going up. I'm worried and not sure what to do next. Could you help me figure this out?

I'm a bit worried because my homocysteine level came back as 44.4 from the Thyrocare test results. Can you tell me what the normal range should be and any advice on how I can lower it? Also, I've noticed that my hs-CRP is 2.99, is that something I should be concerned about?

your report suggests high level of homocystine in blood. causes include heart disease, renal disease, thyroid disease, psoriasis etc,, treatment include supplementation of folic acid and cobalamin.

I've been dealing with high BP for about 8 months now. I was taking Stamlo 5 but it didn't really get it under control. So last month, I added Telma 20 to the mix and it's helped a bit with the numbers, which are now around 180185. But lately, I've been having these episodes where I can't catch my breath for a few seconds, and it feels like my heart suddenly skips a beat. It's kind of worrying and I'm not really sure what's going on. Could this be related to my medication or is it something else?

Physician opinion is advised to the patient.

So, my dad had blood clots a couple of months ago, but after being treated in the hospital hes doing fine now. Recently, his CT pulmonary angiogram came back normal, which is great. The pulmonologist said he should take Eliquis 5 mg for life. But I noticed that Apigat 5 has the same ingredient, Apixaban 5 mg. Can he take Apigat 5 instead of Eliquis 5? I've attached details for both meds.
