I'm in Bangalore and I need to get idrv. I managed to get some when I was at home, but I still need more doses. I'm worried because it seems like many private hospitals here might not have it. Do you know where I might be able to find it?

I'm a bit worried about my Widal test results. The report shows Typhi O at 1160, Typhi H at 1180, Para Typhi AH at 140, and Para Typhi BH at 120. What do these numbers mean? Should I be concerned about these levels?

Morning fevers can be caused by various factors, including infections, inflammation, or hormonal imbalances. The fatigue and heavy-headedness may indicate a lingering infection, sinusitis, or even anemia. Consult a primary care physician to rule out underlying conditions. Blood tests, such as a complete blood count (CBC), may help identify the cause.

I'm really worried about my situation. I had sex with a girl two years ago, and since then, I've been really cautious about my health. I did an HIV ELISA test two weeks after, a 12-test after 3 months, then again at 5 months and 8 months, and they all came back negative. I also did the HIV1 Ag and HIV 1 & 2 IgG Ab ECLIA, and those were negative too. Just recently, two years later, I took the HIV 1 & 2 Tridot test, and it was negative as well. Should I be concerned, or do you think I need to do any more testing?

I'm really worried because I had unprotected sex with a sex worker a few days ago, and now I'm planning to get tested for STDs within the next couple of days. What should I be looking out for, and is there anything else I should do right now? I'm feeling really anxious about this whole situation.

If you had unprotected sex with a sex worker, you should wait at least 14 days before getting tested for chlamydia or gonorrhea, and at least 28 days before getting tested for HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C.
