I'm a bit anxious after having been on AKT3 for 4 months since May 8, 2017. I'm really hoping to hear that this treatment has worked and the TB is gone for good. How will I know if my body is free from TB now? Are there any specific signs or tests that can confirm it's completely eliminated?

Possible Diagnosis*
- Epididymitis: Inflammation of the epididymis, a tube behind the testicle that stores sperm. Masturbation can cause minor trauma, leading to inflammation.
- Testicular strain: Overstretching or minor injury to the testicular tissues, possibly due to masturbation or tight clothing.
Treatment Advice
- Rest and relaxation: Avoid strenuous activities, tight clothing, and prolonged sitting.
- Cold compress: Apply a cold compress to the affected area to reduce pain and inflammation.
- Pain relief: Take over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil) as directed.
- Elevate the scrotum: When sitting or lying down, elevate the scrotum to reduce swelling and discomfort.
- Practice good hygiene: Keep the genital area clean and dry to prevent infection.
- Avoid masturbation: Refrain from masturbation for a few weeks to allow the affected area to heal.
When to Seek Medical Attention
- Severe pain: If the pain becomes unbearable or is accompanied by vomiting, fever, or chills.
- Swelling or redness: If the scrotum becomes severely swollen, red, or warm to the touch.
- Discharge or bleeding: If you notice unusual discharge or bleeding from the penis or scrotum.
- Fever: If you experience a fever over 101.5F (38.6C).

I've been dealing with this persistent cough for several days now, and it just doesn't seem to be improving. I've tried using bisolvon cough forte, but it hasn't really helped. What else can I do to get some relief? Should I be worried about this?
Try doing salt water gargling twice daily and drink only warm water. If there is no relief then please consult a doctor who can examine you and advise accordingly.

I'm dealing with a bit of a dry cough for a while now, and it feels like it's from some throat irritation. It's been going on for about 50 days, and I'm also having slight trouble with my breathing. I went to see an ENT specialist, and he mentioned it's just acidity, but I haven't had any stomach burning at all. It feels more like something's really bothering my throat, and that's why the dry cough is there. What could be going on here? Can you help figure this out?
gastro esophageal reflux disease will cause the above symptoms mentioned by you. proceed to take tablet .pantoprazole for 5 days, once daily
